Join dairy farmer and cheese maker Sue Miller from Birchrun Hills Farm and orchardist Josh Smith of Frecon Orchards as we journey through the pleasures of pairing cheese and cider.

Owner of Fat Jacks BBQ located in Philadelphia, Ithaca, Jenkintown & Malvern, chef and pitmaster Glenn Gross has been seen on BBQ PITMASTERS, FrankenFood, Rewrapped and the A&E World Food Championships, where he placed 3rd in the World in speciality burger category. Glenn will serve up some of his award-winning ribs, prepared fresh from his mobile catering smokehouse.

Let Tara Nurin introduce you to how to match beer and chocolates to create a delectable treat. Tara is a nationally published freelance journalist and beer columnist and a Cicerone Certified Beer Server. She runs Beer for Babes, New Jersey’s original beer appreciation group for women, and serves as publicity director for the Pink Boots Society, an international non-profit dedicated to advancing women in the beer industry. She leads interactive tasting and pairing workshops through her company, Ferment Your Event (www.fermentyourevent.com), and teaches the world’s only regularly scheduled beer-and-chocolate class.

Philly native Chef Barbie Marshall was a finalist on Season 10 of Hell's Kitchen, and is currently chef of SOOP Catering. She often uses local sustainable ingredients in her cooking. She has been featured at The Atlantic City Food and Wine Festival, Philadelphia Taste Festival of Food, Wine and Spirits, The Virginia Vintage Festival, Drexel University’s Philly Chef’s Conference,The Mohegan Sun Fest, Delmarva Live, Fox’s Good Day Philly and PHL 17’s Eye Opener Philly.

Kay Martin has always had a passion for Hip Hop and baking. She has been baking her whole life but felt compelled to turn her artistry into something more meaningful with Cupcake Kay’s NYC: a chic, gourmet cupcake business with a touch of glam, giving each client a VIP experience. Very quickly, Cupcake Kay’s began to make a name for itself throughout Harlem and Queens, New York. Today, Kay has become the cupcake fashionista to celebrities including Marsha Ambrosius, Brielle, and Raekwon & Ghostface Killah of Wu Tang Clan. Kay uses and will be preparing samples with Godshall's real wood smoked bacons.
